And speaking of this, don't you just "love it" (note the sarcasm here) when people say, "Well you don't look __________ (fill in the blank)!" We get that all the time. Black people always know immediately that Derek is mixed (even though he is light like Kyle and has those ringlet curls). White people often think he's just white. And literarlly everybody has NO idea what I am. They speak to me in Spanish, Armenian, Arabic, whatever. Interesting subject, anyway. Thanks for sharing your blog.
